Partnership Grants for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

UK primary and secondary school teachers can apply for grants to support science, mathematics, engineering or computing (STEM) projects for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

The funding, which is being made available through the Royal Society’s Partnership Grants Scheme will can be used to purchase equipment for projects in science, mathematics, engineering or computing in order to support the teaching of STEM projects.

To qualify for funding, projects need to work in partnership with a practising scientist/engineer currently working in a STEM related profession, such as a researcher or analyst.

The Partnership Grants scheme is an annual funding round, and there is a two-stage application process.

Applications open in February 2024 with end of April deadline.
