National School Breakfast Programme

Supporting schools in England to provide children with a healthy breakfast at the start of the school day.

Henry Smith holiday grants

Funding to support recreational travel for groups of disabled or disadvantaged children. Three rounds of application dates for trips taken in 2025.

Royal Society – supporting teaching of STEM subjects

Grants to support the teaching of STEM subjects in schools in the UK. First round of applications opens 3rd February 2025

Nineveh Charitable Trust’s grants for environmental projects

Grants for schools to promote a better understanding of the outdoors and countryside.

BBC Children In Need Emergency Essentials programme

Grants to to support children and young people in the UK experiencing a crisis or emergency.

Gardening grants from Metropolitan Public Gardens Association

Schools can apply for small gardening grants. Deadlines are the end of the month in Feb, May, Aug and Nov each year.

Sport England Movement Fund to improve physical activity opportunities

Sport England Movement Fund to improve physical activity opportunities with projects including active travel, walking, cycling, dance, fitness and sporting activities

Happy Days Children’s Charity – travel and trip grants

Grants for travel, day trips, respite breaks and group activity holidays to support families with children aged 3-17

Funding for children to connect with nature from the CLA Charitable Trust
