Funding for recreational travel.

Schools, youth groups, not for profit organisations and charities can apply for grants to support recreational trips or holidays within the UK for groups of disabled or disadvantaged children (aged 13 or under).

The grants can cover up to two-thirds of the total cost of a holiday or trip, which can last from one to seven days.

Applications from the 20% most deprived areas in the UK will be given priority. Applications must be made at least 6 weeks before the trip.

Applications accepted until 19 March 2026, for trips taken between now and 30 April 2026.
Applications accepted 20 March 2026 – 21 July 2026, for trips taken between 1 May – 31 August 2026.
Applications accepted 22 July – 19 November 2026, for trips taken between 1 September – 31 December 2026.
