Sasakawa Foundation funding to build Japanese UK relations

Grants for schools, cultural organisations and universities to develop a greater understanding of Japanese culture.

To support the study of the Japanese language and culture, and enable School, Education and Youth exchanges. In the past, the Foundation has made grants towards visits between the UK and Japan by teachers and young people and the teaching and development of Japanese language and cultural studies in schools.

Application deadlines for 2024 applications: 31st March, 15th September and 15th December (for consideration by the Trustees in May, November and March respectively).
