Help for young people to access Outward-Bound courses
Schools can apply for financial support to help young people (11- 24) from across the UK access outdoor education programmes run by The Outward-Bound Trust that take place in the wild landscapes of the Lake District, Wales, and Scotland.
Each week-long course is designed to build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills that pupils can take with them back to the classroom and the outside world.
The charity offers bursaries that can cover up to 40% of course fees, aiming to remove financial barriers to participation.
Funding is limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
